While Justice Fund is not itself a registered charity and cannot provide tax receipts for donations, we are the fund advisor to a donor-advised fund called the Justice Impact Fund offered by the MakeWay Foundation. The Justice Impact Fund's purpose is to support qualified donees that provide charitable services and supports to Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour communities in conflict with the law.
